When you call or email us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, address and a description of the plumbing problem. This website has no forms, and we do not ask you to type personal details into it.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
How we use information
We use the information to schedule and perform your service, to give you a price, to follow up on the work and to meet legal and insurance requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Website data
Like most websites, our server and our hosting provider keep basic technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested. Google Fonts and an embedded Google map load from Google and may set their own data under Google's privacy policy.
